Electric steps

Lippert purchased Kwikee, but they are SEPERATE steps. So, do the steps state Kwikee or LCI? IF LCI, then the problem is probably a bad motor since it is new. LCI steps made this type noise when they failed. Kwikee's rarely ever make this type noise. Doug

Yea, the dealer will be a 3 week wait and a couple trips on the books. Kind of hoping something simple I can address.

New? Take it back to your dealer for warranty repair. I was told there is a recall on motorhome electric steps, pretty sure he said Lippert so you can check on that too.
