Electronic command center

I have a 2005 Granite Ridge and have been having problems with the command center losing power. Center houses water pump switch, water heater, electric heater and tank gauges. When center is dead I can go to fuse block and pull a fuse (does not have to be the right one) reinsert fuse and it normally comes back on. I can not find mfg name on center. I would appreciate name of mfg of these items and possible ideas to fix. My local rv dealer can not seem to find the problem as it is always working when we take it over. To the point I question whether they actually want to find the problem, bought the camper from them and is under warranty.
