Engine oil cooler lines help

Hi, hoping to get a little help. I have a 94 HR on a chevy P30 chassis. The metal part of my engine oil cooler lines have started to leak and I patched them with unions but would rather replace them as I mangled them a bit. They are discontinued from Chevy and no one around me seems to know what type of connector they have. Anyone have any idea? It's part 11 and 8 on the diagram. If I could just get the connectors I could make my own or better yet buy a foot long pre-made piece. I guess worst case it get a new cooler with lines.

Thanks in advance.

  • I replaced one of my lines. Purchased it from O'Reillys.
Problem piece was the adpater going into the engine block. Part 3 and 4 on GM parts breakdown.
Order the block adapter from GM.

  • If the cooler is still good and not leaking, remove the two lines and any local speed shop can make them up for you. You could get replacement lines at your local NAPA store. If the cooler is leaking, replace all of it..the hose ends will either be AN or NPT if that helps....Dennis
