- deltamasterExplorerOh yeah, If I recall you mentioned something about finding oil.
Was that underneath the rig? On the frame/chassis? Under or all over the underside of the engine?
When did you find the oil? Was it at the place where you stopped? Did you say something about someone else seeing it? Have you had a mechanic look at it?
From what I read on the internet the light you described is a warning that the system is shutting down the engine to protect it. There were references to low fluid levels such as oil and coolant.
Have you checked those fluid levels? - deltamasterExplorerDid you ever find out what your problem is?
What about the questions that we asked? If you still have a problem could you go back in the thread and take a look at the questions we asked and try to think back to when it happened and try to answer them for us based on what happened that day?
Most of us here really want to help you, just not sure how? - 2ndhomExplorer

Suzzeee you did write, "I will try to get a picture of the Engine Pilot light as no one trusts what I saw FIVE times"
You kept insisting over and over that it was an engine pilot lot and a lot of people, including myself, did research for you trying to figure out what in the heck an engine pilot light was since nobody had ever heard of it. But you insisted that is what it said and you posted two threads on two different forums insisting that was the problem. I think you share some of the blame here.

- PogoilExplorerHere are some facts.
Learn your RV. systems.
Get a CDL book from DMV and study it before you get hurt or hurt someone else.
Text like posts are very hard to figure out. Always give as much information as possible.
Many here were trying to help you.

We are busy and as I said before, I don't live on the internet.
Yes, we figured it out.
it said Engine Prot NOT pilot. I read it wrong. The light flashed after we climbed the Grapevine on I-5 and then the engine quit. We are talking to a friend of ours who is a diesel mechanic and are getting help.
all better.
if you can tell, I have been posting here for a while. You all seem to feel I'm a troll, so I'll leave.
Well, I hope that SuzzeeQ comes back if she has anymore questions. What she should understand is when you ask a question, there are people here to help NOW. If she was just reading posts that's one thing. But, when you have asked a question it would be important and courteous to check back to let us know what's going on.
There are so many people here that ask a question, get a lot of responses, the OP comments several times and then never let's us know if the advice worked or not. So, we're left hanging. As a general rule we love to help people, we also want to know the outcome.
Take care SuzzeeQ, we're here if you have anymore questions.
