Entrance door Strut torn out of door bottom..2020 J-Hawk

Question

The ball that presses into the door strut swivel has torn or snapped out of the door aluminium bottom metal. Anyone have this problem? How to fix? No, it hasn't just unscrewed. No, the ball hasn't just pulled out of the strut mount. Thout I'd just save some typing time. LOL.:h

Take the inside door panel off and start from there. Beef up as required.I miss read, this is a new unit, is it not in warranty, if so see what they will do.
