Entry door gas strut replacement
I have a Fleetwood Fiesta 2009 and need to replace the gas strut on the entry door. It is a 17" strut but I have no idea the force (lbs). I emailed Fleetwood but got no response. Any ideas?

I too replaced the scissor arm with a 20" gas struct but used one with 30 lbs of force to hold the door open against windy conditions. The door still closes easily.
