Eternabond tape to secure coax on a roof

Has anyone used Eternabond tape to secure satellite coax to a fiberglass roof? If so, what were your results. I just don't want to drill holes in the roof if I don't need to. Thanks Marty
  • If covering the base with Dicor forget those mounting bases and just use an adhesive such as Dicor. If exposed to sunlight, those mounting bases will self destruct in a couple of years and the adhesive tape used dries up.

Now that's the way I would go. Easier to remove, should the cable ever need replacing or rerouting.

  • yes, i used strips to act like cable fasteners

  • If I recall correctly, mine was held down with white Dicor Self Leveling Lap Sealant.
