The quandary about the B's being just a van or not will always come up.
Try going down town in Chicago. I drove a PLAIN ordinary personal van downtown for a doctors appointment. Because vans don't fit in underground parking I headed for the open air lot.
Pulled in and the attendant promptly told me that would be $100.00 please.:E
Seems they have a firm set rule about vans. Since construction workers drive vans the city of Chicago feels they should pay $100 per day for parking their construction vans while they are working there no matter if its there 1 hour or 1 day.
I fought for my rights to park a PERSONAL vehicle that fits in the SAME spot as a car in that lot for the regular rate, but had to give up the fight when Chicago's finest showed up sirens lights and all.:R
