We have the Allegiance plan through them. So far we are satisfied. The plan is not as good as the Prizm plan but that plan is only available through dealers when you buy the coach. I would have reupped that plan if available. WW has two plans available, at least that was for our rig. Allegiance and XtraRide. I contacted several dealers and RV repair shops to inquire which they preferred since I figured they are the ones that will/are dealing with these companies. Both plans were well received, meaning minimal inspections and payment on time. Both plans were about the same $$$ but XtraRide was 5yrs vs 4 for Allegiance. You want an "exclusionary" contract. That means, they list what is NOT covered. If it's not listed, it's covered. We opted for the Allegiance since they would allow an upgrade to remove the weasel clause from the contract. The weasel clause is something like "if a covered part fails because of a non covered part, the covered part is not covered." I'm sure an attorney wrote that! Anyway, AFAIK, Allegiance is the only plan available that allows you to remove that clause.
So far they've replaced my Norcold cooling unit with the Amish one, the motor and anemometer on my Girard awning, my keypad, a couple solenoids, a major plumbing repipe where a rigid pipe failed behind a cabinet and some misc wiring issues. I have a $50/ded so I use it when I need to...time permitting...otherwise I simply fix it myself....ask for Jeff Shelton at WW....Dennis
