Thanks for all the advice but the problem lies with LA MESA RV.
The warranty people are the ones that found the mistake and there is nothing they can do unless LA MESA RV calls them and and informs them of the mistake.
They are willing to reinstate the coverage if notified by LA MESA RV will own up to the mistake..
I called again and asked to speak to the manager for the second time today and still no return call.
I am waiting for the paper work from the warranty people so I will have all my ducks in a row.
I would only have six months left on my coverage so a lawyer is not worth the hassle BUT this forum will satisfy me more with getting the word out so others will not be duped into this
Also my warranty people said if they had submitted the contract as a USED RV it would still be covered.
I have already lined up another warranty company Good Sam to cover the RV.
P.S my coach only has 11000 miles on it and yes I have all the service records for it for the warranty company.
