Extended warranty
We are looking at purchasing an extended warranty by “U.S. Plus Warranty “ Anyone know of or has used/purchase their warranty from them? It will be for our 2018 Newmar, Ventana.

Not a warranty but a service contract . Make sure you understand what is not covered. Many time if an uncovered part is not covered and it results in damage to a covered part then neither part is covered.
Take it to your favorite repair facility and ask them if they have ever been requested to work with this company for a repair.
