The aftermarket sway bar kits are very well made and very beefy.If I had a F53 I would put them on in a heart beat based after driving a friends F53 2007 Xl with the front arm relocation s done still pretty sloppy.So Good on him for going for the better handling fix on the swavey F53 system

Park your MH level and have a the proper tools. IIRC a 17mm, 19mm and a 13mm(?). You likely won't need to raise vehicle. Loosen the down links at the sway bar. If you can't raise the bar to line up the holes or it is too hard to raise loosen the bushing mounts a little. CAUTION the bar could drop. Refasten the down links to the inter hole. ( To the rear if doing front bar, to the front when doing the rear.) Put some blue Locktite on the bolts, tighten and enjoy your new ride.

Maybe because I have an older unit but on mine the for the rear, I went toward the rear for the inner most holes (closest to the axel). Also at the same time I did the urethane bushings.

great idea Helwig make a great front and sway bar replacement kits
only 355$ front and far superior to the factory bar and brackets
rear kits are about $600 again though well made and super heavy duty

Do the chf first and you will likely not need newer sway bays. Spend the money instead on a rear trac bar. I just put one on and the difference is unbelievable. That and the chf would be the first steps.

2 things before you spend any money. The CHF as others have mentioned made a world of difference on my ACE. 20 mins in the driveway and cost nothing. Huge difference. The other is to load your coach for travel and weigh it. Then adjust the psi in the tires according to the tire manufacturer's chart. Amazing how overinflated my tires were. Rides so much better now. Both of these are things that really need to be done and cost nothing - Except the few bucks I spent at the weigh station.

Are you certain you understand what you are proposing to do? The F53 comes factory equipped with anti roll bars front and rear.

Do you know what the CHF adjustment is and have you done it?

You may be about to waste some $.
