f53 chassy
I have a 2017 thor ace 29.4 with a f53 chassy. I want to put sway bars on front and rear but nobody can tell me if the f53 chassy has changed. no body has listing for 2017 sway bars

My neighbor has a Class A with the F53 chassis and other than the CHF, the only thing he felt it needed was a steering stabilizer. He doesn't see the need for a beefier anti-sway bar, track bars, or any other suspension mods.
Have you had your coach weighed and are sure you are running at the correct inflation pressure or a LITTLE above and that your front axle is not loaded too light? A lightly load front axle will tend to make the rig wander.
When you have it weighed, make sure it is completely loaded, full fuel, water in the fresh water tank and all occupants are in their seats.

Like ductape said. Do a search for Cheap Handling Fix. You will find lots including some You Tube videos. Or go to http://www.irv2.com/forums/f23/cheap-handling-fix-72335.html and spend three hours reading.
Park your MH level and have a the proper tools. IIRC a 17mm, 19mm and a 13mm(?). You likely won't need to raise vehicle. Loosen the down links at the sway bar. If you can't raise the bar to line up the holes or it is too hard to raise loosen the bushing mounts a little. CAUTION the bar could drop. Refasten the down links to the inter hole. ( To the rear if doing front bar, to the front when doing the rear.) Put some blue Locktite on the bolts, tighten and enjoy your new ride.

Do the chf first and you will likely not need newer sway bays. Spend the money instead on a rear trac bar. I just put one on and the difference is unbelievable. That and the chf would be the first steps.
