Flasher Relay National Tropi-cal?
Occasionally my emergency flashers blink 2-3 times as fast as normal. Similar to when one bulb is bad...but all lamps are good. I can't locate the Flasher unit in our 2004 Tropi-cal.
In the inverter basement compartment there is a block of 8 relays. When the flashers are on, there is a clicking sound from this block of relays. When I remove the two top relays on the right side, the clicking stops but the lights continue flashing? Obviously they are not the flasher unit.
But when I reinstall these relays...the flashers resume the normal blink rate? Possibly just a better connection. I will replace these relays with new ones but I would like to locate the actual flasher unit. I expect it to be a round unit. I've looked under the dash without success. Any help will be appreciated.
