1. What do you expect Flexsteel to tell you? YES, we built cheap coverings? Of course they will blame Newmar, because that gets THEM off the hook.
2. Flexsteel or Villa(2 main suppliers) both have issues with certain fabrics and leather.
3. IF you have an issue, talk to them and see if they will supply the Material and you will have to pay the labor.
4. Your RV is 8 years old, that means the fabric has lasted its normal length. My old Lexus RX 300, had the drivers seat leather wear out after 8 years. JUST the drivers seat which took daily wear. The other seats held up just fine.
5. Deceit is a strong word for something that wears out after 8 years. Unless they stated that their furniture would last forever, there is NO deceit involved. Doug
