OK, You want to state something dumb. YOU search for any Product out there that says---"New model, great product, has LESSER QUALITY Parts and design". Where were you 6 years ago when the issue started? Doug
I don't intend to upset people on this thread. I have enjoyed my Bay Star since I purchased it. I have inquired with Newmar and Flexsteel in the past but only found out this week that I really didn't get ultraleather and my seats are a lesser quality. This does not set well with me. I only wanted to know if anyone had similar experiences.
