My old MH we did the kitchen area with vinyl plaking and it looked very good. Very easy to install, cheap, durable. Also, if a piece gets messed up it's very easy to change just one.
My new MH has real oak flooring and it looks great. It has been in there for a long time and still looks new...
Not sure what your type of Vinyl planking was your refering to but the stuff I,am refering to is not "easy" to install and its about $3.50+ per sq ft plus glues plus u have to lay GOS plywood or similar product over the factory chip board etc
I think he's talking about the Allure type flooring that floats similar to laminate. It comes with glue strips and you just peel them off and stick them together. They cut to shape real easy. Quite a few people on her had said they put it in their motorhomes with good results. I'm considering it, but this type flooring is really supposed to be sensitive to extreme temps. I think right on the boxes they say something like max temps of 90 and minimums in the 40's. (that's from memory so don't quote me) I just recall that the temp restriction on the box was something I'm sure my motorhome exceeds while parked on the side of my house.
Ok I know the stuff your talking about,Junk as far MH goes because of its size per piece and the way it sticks down.MM in my personal opinion
