we're going to be testing the Oregon operation in December - they actually do mobile work and will be in our area in California. They'll come to wherever our motorhome is located and work on the windows.
Laminated glass has no air space between the panes of glass. RV windows are dual glazed with an air space between two pieces of glass.
If laminated glass, windshields, discolor they cannot be repaired, but must be replaced. However, dual glazed windows that discolor can be repaired simply by taking them apart, cleaning both pieces of glass, installing a new sealing spacer and reinstalling the frame.
DOT requires all automtive windshields be laminated safety glass. Other automotive glazing can be safety glass.
