I got this information from mountainair05. You can also search on "super spacer" and get quite a few hits. IF you do this yourself, I would use a vibrating multi-tool, with the knife blade to cut the existing seal from the window panes. Take pictures of the windows before disassembly, so there is no questions on reassembly. I also used the black 3M windshield sealer on mine as I thing it has a better resistant to vibrations. Just make sure the sealer is within date, as it has a shelf life of 6 months, if I remember correctly. The etching the is referred to, is mineral deposits on the inside surfaces and can be removed with a razor scrapper.
Good luck
"http://www.dkhardware.com/ This is where I purchase the stuff.
you want to search for Super Spacer and Super Spacer Sealant
The spacer comes in 66 foot roll and around $50 per roll
The Sealant comes in a regular caulk tube. Around $10 per tube

Great, now where do I start?
What do you need in between the two panes?
Where do you put the sealant?
What do you need around the window once installed?
Thank you!
