  • Here's another vote for Dave Root in Oregon. He came down to San Jose last November and fixed my windows. He showed up at my storage yard at 8:00 am sharp, when the yard opened, and was done with 5 windows by 3:00 pm that day. If I recall I paid him around $1600 for the entire job.

He drives down several times a year - I think he concentrates on Oregon during the summer. Check him out at his web site
  • I live in the central valley, so not to far from you. I've done a fair amount of searching for someone to fix foggy windows. I haven't found anyone in central CA including the bay area that does it. Dave Root (do a search, he has a website) in Bend OR does them. He also travels a few times during the winter down into CA and does them. RV Glass Solutions, I believe it's Coburg, near Eugene OR, fixes them. They also can replace them with a thicker single pane window so you won't have the foggy window problems in the future. There's also a company near Riverside CA. Can't remember the name, but if you call Redlands Truck and RV in Redlands CA (they have a website too) They'll be able to give you the info. That's the only companies that I know of on the west coast that does them.
  • If you go north to Vancouver, WA, Motion Windows can make you new windows. We had all new windows, frames and screens made. Besides residential and commercial windows, they do boats, RVs and other custom work. They gave us a lifetime warranty on fogging. If one fogs up, bring it back and they'll change it.

    Motion Windows.

They also operate under the name of Peninsula Glass so don't let that confuse you.
