Hi Edward 75, please feel free to send me a PM if I can ever be of any help as we've had our Residency now for 13+ years and have learned a lot about the coach. I believe ours is basically the same as yours with exception perhaps of a different front end cap.
Based on our experience with our Residency, I would consider it to be a bit above average in build quality.
