You have the Ford 5R110W transmission
Unless you have the ability to do a hot flush, you should hire this. Just replacing the fluid will NOT result in a complete replacement of the fluid.
I have my local Ford dealer do this every 15000 miles, yes that is less then recommended, but I figure I work it extra hard. Cost is about $150
