pnichols. I will pay myself as I am on fixed income. There is only about 10 gallons in the tank and I noticed it has a drain plug. I can drain that easy. Plus it is probably full of water and rust. I was told by one dealer that the check valve is probably stuck and that is why it takes several cranks to start. The failure of the pump back in 08 it wouldn't start at all. I do plan on putting the best pump in as to hopefully resolve this problem. You won't get an argument with me on dual fuel pumps. I have one better. Build to last.
