Ford V10 antifreeze loss

My 2015 Fleetwood Storm keeps losing antifreeze in the exp. tank. It is the Ford V10 engine. Have had pressure checks done (excellent). Have had all connections checked (ok). No leaks on ground etc. The only white smoke occurs on startup until condensation in exhaust clears(couple of minutes). Gauges show no signs of overheating etc on 90 degree days. Any thoughts? Just finished long trip and had to fill a couple of times. No other problems encountered.

  • Was the pressure check done with the engine running? Not the usual procedure but can be beneficial to see if there are any surges from air bubbles, leaks.
I understand about finding a dealer willing to look at it. It may be a Ford engine, but in reality very few Ford dealers will take in an RV.

Pressure check was about 45 minutes. Unit is still under warranty but try to find a Ford Dealer willing to check it. I bought it in Florida and will be seeing the dealer this coming January but only expect the runaround there. If the engine blows then a new one can be installed. Maybe that's the only solution.......

  • How long was the pressure check done? 5 minutes or 60 minutes can make a huge difference. A small leak that sprays on an exhaust manifold will not leave any puddle.
I assume that you are not overfilling the expansion tank and are stopping at the hot or cold line when you replace the anti-freeze.
Isn't this coach still under warranty?
