Friend has a Chevy 3500 pickup. When towing his 5er. Batteries in 5er would go dead. Found that there was no 12 volt power. I did some research. Found instructions and pictures with a Google search. Wire was tied up with zip ties just like the pictures showed. Hooked up wire per instructions. Never had dead batteries again. I would not be surprised if you have a coil of wire near chassis battery or under hood fuse block. Look for this information under Express Van with trailer towing option.
