Freightliner Cooling System Fill label

I have a Freightliner chassis (Itasca Horizon) diesel pusher with a rear radiator. On the upper left corner of that radiator is a yellow tag with instructions (8 steps) on filling the coolant system. My tag has a big hole in it and I can not read steps 6 and 7. Could someone please provide those two steps to me or shoot me a photo of the tag? I want to drain/fill my system and feel I need these instructions.
