We stayed there in 2008 when our coach was new. It is SO convenient to the French Quarter. They will give you a golf cart ride to the edge of the Quarter.
It is known that the park is in a iffy area but we didn't have a problem and enjoyed the area and the park. The pool is nice.
I would think, but not sure, that a very clean older coach shouldn't be a problem. Please let us know if it is.
The park was selling the lots but not sure if that's the case now. The downturn of the economy happened just after we stayed there so maybe the business model has changed. It sure is close to everything. The aftermath of hurricane Katrina was still very evident even after three years (2005).
