Friend with a major problem

You and your friend are dreaming. How could you blame the garage? Your coach died. They replaced the water pump probably as you requested. More than likely, you drove it hot and ruined the engine.
The garage did what was requested - replaced the water pump. Anything beyond that is you and your friends problem.
