If it's fresh oil then maybe the pan plug fell out or the oil filter is leaking possibly due to the old filter "O" ring not being removed...........?????
How could leaving the old oil filter gasket in place result iin coolant in the oil or vice versa? The coolant passages and oil galleys are separated and are not even close at the filter.
