I think you are on the right track. The Pursuit is fine. I also suggest you look at the LeisureTravel Unity. But, my next RV MAY be--are you ready for it?
Not the GWV Legend I do like a lot but the LeisureTravel Spirit SS with the Murphy bed! Why? It is not as wide as the Pursuit and Unity and is all steel, well mostly. It has a REAR shower and vanity. loads of cupboards and storage and although you dont have an electric-down sleeper/couch at back the mid-section Murphy bed can be had with either a couch under or two recliners. This rig has one slideout and gives lots of mid section room for day time activities. I like all the full stretch cupboards. It is only 22ft 9 total and has the diesel for economy. Price is high but I feel it will be a good re-seller as the Sprinter T/Ds are scarcer in Canada and not all that available Stateside.
Hope my ideas help. Blessings to Canadian, USA and International Rvers and Best wishes for Christmas and NY 2014.
PS I think that parking in small shopping areas, on the street, at crowded lookouts are worth considering when buying an on the go RV and I really like the Leisure Travel Spirit SS with Murphy bed for 2014. Caveat Emptor is my motto.
