I am not afraid to drive. I am a road warrior of sorts. I drive between 35k and 55k per year. When making the trip (in my car or truck) to visit my mother in Florida, I have done the 24 hour trip straight through too many times to count. I prefer to stop around the Georgia/Florida line and then finish up the short trip the second day.
What I have yet to do is travel a long distance driving a MH. I assume it is much more work and more stressful than driving my car that far. Based on that I am inclined to think that 8-10 hour driving days will be plenty. Also I know that that 8-10 hours will bring me much shorter distances in the MH.
I once did Boston to Daytona in 16 hours door to door. We were only going for 3 days so we needed to make tracks.
I think you will find driving your coach long distances actually easier than a car or truck. I prefer to drive the coach long distances, it is more comfortable and you can see more.
Drove from California to Florida last November in seven days as we had to get there for a cruise. Couple 10 hour days and I wasn't tired even with me being 70.
