Yes you can get a filter that will cross reference to that Alliance filter at NAPA. NAPA Gold filters are made by WIX. You can also get WIX filters at any O'Reilly auto parts store. Same as NAPA gold but a bit cheaper.
Or, as suggested, get Alliance filters at any FL parts counter.
