I am routinely filling up my diesel sedans and pickups at truck stops.
Quite often the truck pumps offer lower price than multi-fuel pumps on front.
Check if your RV can accommodate big nozzle. If not, often you can find 1 pump with small nozzle between truck islands. I also carry funnel for extreme situation. Most big pumps have dual hoses, so if your RV has fuel door on other side, you need to pull off the hose on stand with meter, activate the meter, lay the hose on the ground and then go to other side and pull other hose.
Costco lately added diesel to their stations and they have good prices.
Bad part - most of them have long waiting lanes.

Is the high flow OK for RVs?

We have a 36' class A and with our trailer are approx 44'. We use gas buddy and get gas as much as 10-15 cents cheaper a couple blocks further off the main intersection and have no problem getting into most gas stations. Just use the outside lane. We do use google earth to check the station for in/out.

Pilot/Flying J also has an app for your smart phone. It provides you a preview of what is offered at each station. Works great. Just go to the phone's app store, search and download.

Before Pilot bought FlyJ 5-6 years ago their prices were OK but today their prices can be 15 cents higher than a couple of blocks further from the Interstate. GasBuddy saved me almost $400 this past summer on a 7000 mile trip. It helps to have a 120 gallon tank so you can go 700+ miles before needing fuel. Before the trip I went to GAssBuddy.com to see areas of the country that have less expensive fuel helping to decide where to fuel up. WalMart/Sams often have the best price but some can be a little hard getting in/out and not all have diesel and if they do it's usually only on the outside pumps.

Fuel was just added to our WalMart and every pump has diesel and even none ethanol gas... three different hoses.

Go to Barnes & Noble and buy Next Exit book, similar to phone book but has all RV friendly stations in red ink, We use that and as we find stations we prefer we put a asterik by it in the book, haven't got caught off guard yet but I look station over anyway before I make the turn in, I have actually pulled over to look over the tanks position-We prefer tanks being parralell with road-Rich

For the original Flying J question you will also want to download the Pilot/Flying J app on your smart phone. You can set your travels and find all locations along the way allowing to to compare pricing and amenities at each station.

You pull in.
Many require you to go inside to get the pump started, this is where a Flying J RV card helps.
Pump your fuel.
Pull forward.
Go inside and pay.
