Original install was for air bags. Haven't needed to add air to the coach tires but having easy access to compressed air in the driveway has been convenient rather than dragging hoses from the compressor in the back of the garage.
Dale.Traveling - Do you have a picture of your compressor mounted to the frame? I wouldn't mind seeing your set-up.
Doug - ddndougExplorerI usually carry one, but more often than not it's for bike tires (ours and other children in the campground), inflating soccer or footballs, or other things not related to MH tires.

Doug - Kayteg1Explorer IIHow often do you need to pump your tires?
Almost all my vehicles need it once a year.
I usually air them up in fall, when temperature drop adds to lower pressure and even if they loose 1 or 2 psi by spring -warmer weather compensate for it.
Worse come to worse, truck stops have air hose with 150psi +
If you really need air compressor, read cut-in pressure as this is more critical than cut-out pressure.
If 120 psi compressor cuts-in at 85 psi, you will "never" get 90psi in the tires. - Sully2Explorer

This costs about $100 and will put out 135 psi. Since it lays flat it takes up little room in the basement.
All things considered...that one takes the cake! - 10forty2ExplorerThis is the one I carry. It's got a 3-gallon tank on it so it can air up the big loads a little faster. I Caught it on sale at Lowe's for around $120.00. It, along with 50' of air hose, fits in the front bin under the driver's side door very nicely.
- Dale_TravelingExplorer IIx3 on the Viair. 12VDC powered and 150 PSI capacity. Bolted to the chassis frame. It doesn't have the volume to refill a tire quickly but gets the job done without taking up space in a compartment.
- DrewEExplorer IIFini AirBoss, which was about the most compact 120V compressor I could find for less than a king's ransom. Very satisfied with performance and price. It's similar to the Dewalt unit above, as best as I can make out.
- fredbonExplorerHusky, from Home Depot, goes to 120psi.
Fred - KJINTFExplorerx2 on the Viair
Mine is plumbed in with several regulated outlets and a 5 gallon holding tank Supplies 150psi
MAKE sure you get a 100%DC unit
They get hot when being used - DuctapeExplorerI carry a Vair 12v compressor. Does double duty for four wheeling with the toad.
