I have had the same problem with our 4Kw Onan, and it was suggested (by the great people on this forum) that I check the reset button on the generator. I didn't even know one existed, but was able to find it, and reset it....system worked fine after that.
Maybe, your larger unit has a similar button. I believe it was on the electrical end of the unit (not the engine side), and it took awhile to locate it.
Next step, if that doesn't work, would be to try and see if you have voltage coming out of the generator to the transfer switch. I don't have that switch (I have to plug in my shore plug into an outlet from the generator), but if you have the wiring diagram, you should be able to locate and test it, if you have a meter.
I take it that you are not getting any power to the A/C, so it's not just an tripped GFI outlet in the bathroom, causing the TV not work, right? Hope you find the problem....you came to the right place, lots of very knowing people here.....just they may all be watching "The Walking Dead" in a few minutes! :B
