georgie boy landau no speedo

Hey all, my dad has a 2000 georgie boy landau and we are having a few issues. It seems to have very limited power and the speedo isn't working. Reverse gear feels good and lots of power. I'm thinking it may be a speed sensor or something but not certain. Do these unit have like a limp mode when a sensor fails or something? Thanks in advance.

To top it off he was planning on leaving Saturday morning for Arizona with it!
