I agree, something doesn't sound right at all. I have made three calls to Coach Net over the years and never once did they ask where I purchased my coach.
Were you or you father requesting the service call be handled by a Camping World location? If so Coach Net's response could make some sense.
At least I'm glad to hear no one seems to have been injured.
