I was not there, and don't know who he called first. My brother and I were doing a mountain bike race and learned about the blow out 4 hours after it happened. I would think that if he called the dealer first, once he talked to Coach Net and straightened things out, it shouldn't matter. I will ask him tomorrow. But when I talked to the rep, and the supervisor, they were firm about their policy of not covering a motorhome purchased from Camping World. Maybe after it is a year old, they won't care where you bought it, but as of right now, it is a problem.
