I'll throw this in to the mix, which came directly from the CoachNet website:
Coach-Net RV Technical & Roadside Assistance is a service program that specializes in the unique needs of RVers. Many of our programs include all personal vehicles not just your RV – anything you own, rent, borrow or lease – from motorcycles to motor homes, we’ve got you covered! Should you have a roadside breakdown, need assistance with a flat tire, run out of fuel, lock your keys in your vehicle or any other type of disablement, help is just a phone call away.
From experience with my wife, I know that CoachNet will send out help when driving one of our personal automobiles, that was not our toad or RV. The VIN for this vehicles is NOT on our CoachNet account. In fact the ONLY VIN on record at Coach Net is our RV. This also says that the CoachNet service will cover ANY vehicle that you are DRIVING, whether you own it, borrow it, or rent it.
I think what we are dealing with is a failure to communicate. I am sure that both parties misunderstood exactly what was going on. No excuses for the CoachNet rep, who should have been able to sort things out, but sometimes stuff just happens. CoachNet DOES have different programs that cover different things so I guess if the OP did not have the Premier program and had the Basic, or Limited plan I guess that there were restrictions.
