As long as you paid for their service:
- who cares where it was purchased
- who cares what other road-side policies you may or may not be covered by
- who cares what vehicle you are driving since all vehicles are covered
They should only need:
- My name
- account number
- phone number
- the issue that is preventing me from driving
- my current location
Coach-Net is the best out there. They send the right equipment to the scene every time (Good Sams has a spotty record on that). There has to be something more to all this.
