Every insurance, warranty, roadside assistance wants to be secondary, because everyone of them wants to get out of paying for anything whenever possible.
This is very common and I am surprised so many people are unaware of these PIA problems.
Coachnet choosing to be secondary for people who buy from camping world is just one of these common fine print excuses.
I do not like it anymore than anyone else, but it is quite common.
Agreed, but you can't blatantly redline either. "We won't cover you if you bought from CW". That's illegal. Frankly I am not convinced that's what happened. I am sure it has more to do with yours and other points made here about duplicate coverage and less about buying it from CW. I seriously doubt CN would take a position based on where you purchase your MH. I am confident they would take a position about duplicity. If they are aware that CW provides coverage on a MH purchased there, then that makes sense. But that's a duplicate coverage issue and not about where it was bought. It's also prudent they would refuse to tow to the dealer if it were not the closest. That's in their policy. Nothing to do with being a CW, but more about proximity. CN will help you, but they aren't going to go broke trying to appease your whim. They will get you out of trouble, not tow beyond reasonable limits to take it where you prefer.
