GMC Rollover in movie

Excerpt:

    What else would you expect when you put it on cruise control and go in the back and join the party?????
    lesson learned: don't carry bowling balls, scorpions, and Ron Burgandy!!!

    GMC motorhome is one of the rare RV designs with a very low CG, you almost have to get it airborne to flip it, unless you drop it off a cliff. It would be really difficult to get up enough speed to get it started rolling on the kinds of ramps used to flip cars for stunts.

    The fact that they couldn't get it to roll is no surprise to some off us. They also had to add a lot of internal structure to get it to look that good after the roll over. The GMC don't usually look that good, but the occupants are usually OK.
