- gemertExplorerCoach net left us hanging on the side of the road a couple of weeks ago. Hit a retread that took out our genny exhaust. Refused to pay for a tow or service call. Never really explained why. I had the level that advertized unlimited tows. They said they couldn't even find someone to come out at our expense for at least 2 hours. I found one on google that was there in 30 minutes and cost 125.00 to cut off the hanging pipe. They,CN, did give me a refund no questions asked. I had just renewed. Have GS now and hoping for better if we need it. Good luck.

Time to renew, what do all you guys use? I have a class A and was thinking maybe sense FMCA is geared toward motorhomes, maybe that would be the way. Dont really like good sam
been using Good Sam since 1986, have had several claims with good service. if it ain't broke, don't fix it. - EffyExplorer IICoachnet. It's the only one I know that will go outside of their network and are truly 24/7. I know this from personal experience. Had a tow driver for our Toad when it broke down on a trip. Tells me it was the best RSA he's seen and he was irritated at GS due to the way they negotiate his price and the frequency at which he got paid. He said Coachnet paid his full price and immediately. Coachnet kept me informed and when they couldn't find one in their network they just started calling in the yellow pages til they got a responder. He's in their network now and told me he'll dodge GS calls but takes all the Coachnet ones. Personally I'd rather have a happy tow driver than one who is doing the job on a negotiated price that he'll get paid for a month later. And Frankly if I had GS, I wouldn't have had a driver at all since they don't go out of network. Coachnet went the extra mile. That's my story. I've heard bad stories from both though
- sdianel_-acct_cExplorerWe like Coach Net.
- koda55ExplorerWe have Good Sam and had to use them one time so far. They kept us informed as to the progress of the tow company. Because of the snow and all the accidents, the tow company would be a while getting to us. They gave us the name of the company and their phone number. They called every so often to make sure we were ok.
- midnightsadieExplorer IIcoach net did great service for me twice, some times its the tow driver that screws up.
- IDmanExplorerCoach Net...hands down!
