Never had anything but Good Sam----used twice, once a flat on my DP and the other time my F-350 was dead in the garage and they came and towed it to the repair facility I had chosen. Pulled it right out of my garage! Good Sam towed my friend down I-81 from near PA border to Cummins in Winchester VA---truck and trailer.....Seems pretty good to me.
