- crassterExplorer IILIKE it. Not to be negative, but my type of camping it would never do. Trees cut for single deckers. Still really like it though.

I think it said 4 m
4 meters = 157.48 inches = 13.12 ft.
We are 13' 4". I reviewed the video again and it does list 4 meters as the height. Looks taller.
MM. - supercubExplorerLooks very nice, but not all that roomy. Didn't look like you could walk around the bed. The living room area was very crowded too. Said it only had a 225hp engine at the beginning, I wonder if he installed a larger hp engine?

Anytime you make something so unique the only way you'll ever break even (just parts, not labor) on the deal is if you find that one special person. As much as we may appreciate what he accomplished, not many of us would pay a lot for a non slide, non saleable to the masses, old frame/technology, tall rig like that. I'm guessing he'll get pennies on the dollar when he goes to get rid of it.
I would think that having the area of two floors would compensate for no slide.

Not counting the time involved, which can be chalked off to a hobby and what you like doing for a sense of accomplishment.

Other than that, it looks like a fine piece of work. - Two_JayhawksExplorerVery entertaining video.

So much for his expert that test drove it, he said it was good and only had minor issues, the motor was on its way out, that's why it was being sold, motor cost more than the whole bus.
No kidding, you would have thought all that white smoke would have told him something. :S
