Can you form a 90 degree bend with a tight radius with out an additional bending tool?
Here is what they look like and a set is usually less than $15. Obviously there are some limits but you can get a fairly tight bend.
They also make ones like this that run less than $10 at Harbor Freight. As you look at it you can see the limit for a 90 degree bend which may work for you.
