Hankook AH11 tires...

It's that time, i'm heading south in a few weeks and want to replace my front tires. I was looking at a lot of brands and found these Hankooks that get good reviews and the price is great.
Am I looking for disappointment if I buy these? I have Goodyear's now and I think they suck as far as ride. Who else has bought these?

The trouble with Hankooks AH 12 is the cost. Darn near as much as Michelins of the same size.

Really I put 6 on $2500 OTD Michelins would have been 12-1500 more.

Decision time. Need new tires, 245/70R19.5

Quote for 6 new Hankook AH11 out the door price, $2621 ($436 each) or can go the Goodyear or Micheline route for about another $800. Depressing, but inevitable.

That's about the same price I paid for my Hankooks at Big-O tires, instead of balancing my tires they put Equal in all tires, they ride so smooth..
  • Just got a quote for AH 11 245/70R 19.5 out the door for $2307. (All six) Getting it done next week. Can't wait to get rid of the GY G670!
  • I am switching all of my Michelin's out. Too much problem with cracking.

I am going to the Hankook AH12 (275/70R/22.5). Out the door price in CA is $2508.96. Beats the heck out of Mich. And, it is highly rated. Beats the Firestone FS560 by $100.00
  • Google GOODYEAR FLORIDA LAWSUIT, read it and then ask yourself if you EVER want to spend a dime with Goodyear!
