Hankook AH11 tires...

It's that time, i'm heading south in a few weeks and want to replace my front tires. I was looking at a lot of brands and found these Hankooks that get good reviews and the price is great.
Am I looking for disappointment if I buy these? I have Goodyear's now and I think they suck as far as ride. Who else has bought these?
  • So far so good with my Hankooks..can't remember the difference between the 11 or 12 but they ride good, handle good, and took almost nothing to balance the fronts so I didn't bother with the rears.

I've had them 3 years and 12,000 miles or perhaps more...don't pay a lot at attention to things that work.

    I would probably buy again
  • I had my choice of Hankooks; Yokohama's and Firestone tires. The Firestone's were $30 each more $$.....I went with the Firestone that will be installed tomorrow
  • Put 6 of them on in December 2010. They still look great, no cracks, etc. and only have to air them up slightly once a year.

The Michelins that the Hankooks replaced showed cracks after the first year. Replaced the Michilins at 41/2 years due to cracking.

The ride with the Hankooks have been no different than the Michelins. Still good handling, and nice ride.

Next time around will probably still use Hankooks if research indicates still a good quality tire.
  • Have NOT heard one bad review for Hankook AH-11 or AH-12 tires on RVs since they came to the forefront over 4 years ago. Those will beat your Badyears hands down. Have the AH-12 on all 6 and love them.
