2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper, a bucket of water, 2 drops of dish soap, and a little time is all that is needed to get your headlights to look like new again.....or you can take the above advise.

I just bought a headlamp polishing kit and did my wife's car. Had to be done once a year after the first time but it was cheap and no tools required. They looked like new and I'm pretty sure the kit was around $20. Don't remember which kit I used but here's a report on what kits to get or avoid:

I polish my headlight lenses every year. I don't know why because we have never driven this MH at night when the headlights were needed. We do have DRL and turn them on high in rain but so far not at night.

I bought my replacements for about $75 shipped to my door on Amazon.
