RE-TE: Drilling the hole, I've done it before, probably 30-40 years ago. Woke me up though. I've forgotten about that idea.
LAR'S: I'll check on Ford's. It even looks like an older Ford light.
I got this Country Coach about a month ago. The headlights look fried. I bought the 3M System, but I think I will go for a new lens and a stronger bulb if I can find a fit. Also, replacing the back-up 5-1/2 inch with a 7 inch color. Took out the head banger tv, replacing it with a 32 inch. It was easy to take out the cabinet. Only 22 screws and glued tight. They really built the Country Coach.
Oh yes, I need a side hinged mounting bracket. Anyone know a place to look?
