Chances are it is an Evans Temcon unit which are common in RV's ! Also common is the failure of the control/ mixing Valve!
I have removed the valve and replaced it for the time being with a simple on-off in line fluid valve.
I have recently read about a replacement valve from another source that appears to solve the problem.
